Job summary

Charles Schwab in Seattle seeks a detail-focused Operations professional to manage risk in money movement, including wires, ACH, deposits, and internal transfers. You will navigate multiple systems, respond to inquiries, and escalate when needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to learn new technology and use multiple applications.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high accuracy required.
• Preference for 2+ years in client service or operations within finance/brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing and evaluating risk while processing wires, ACH, deposits, disbursements, and internal transfers.
• Assist clients with money movement solutions and services.
• Research and resolve requests via internal systems, phone, and email.
• Escalate when warranted in a high-risk environment and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced setting and support business initiatives.
