Job summary

TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist to oversee the AR function, including processing credit card sales, collections, and daily invoicing. Two openings are available for this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in AR/collections and SAP experience, with strong communication and detail-oriented skills. This position is temp-to-hire with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
• SAP experience is required.
• Experience creating processes to ensure timely collections of payments.
• Experience with automated posting of payments.

Responsibilities

• Post all receivables and monitor, review, and balance bank deposits.
• Process credit card sales for various departments.
• Analyze delinquent accounts.
• Identify cases requiring legal action.
• Process and send monthly statements to customers.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit credits to distributors.
• Process and maintain new account entries including credit checks.
• Reconcile short payments and post necessary credits/debits.
• Maintain detailed, accurate reports and prepare documents.
• Monitor and review past due accounts.
• Prepare show reconciliations and related reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
