Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage all AR-related activities and monitor assigned accounts for outstanding balances. The role requires heavy customer contact, debt recovery, and ongoing account maintenance to ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in collections, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP or AS400 is a plus and the position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' collections experience
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable functions for assigned accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Make heavy phone contact with customers to collect payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate discrepancies, respond to questions, and resolve issues to maintain accurate account status.
• Update the account records in the database and alert supervisors of unrecoverable debts or required action
