Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in commercial accounts receivable management, or business-to-business collections.
• Experience with MS Office and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Excel advanced functions; pivot tables and lookups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned global accounts receivable portfolio of up to $15 million with moderate to minimal supervision.
• Proactively monitor account activity, aging reports, and payment trends to identify delinquent balances and potential collection risks.
• Execute collection strategies to secure timely customer payments, reduce past-due receivables, and optimize cash flow and DSO.
• Contact customers to confirm invoice receipt, resolve payment discrepancies, obtain payment commitments, and address delinquent balances.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, including collection notes, customer communications, payment commitments, and dispute resolution activities.
• Assist with credit card and ACH transactions and titling processes, as needed.
