Icelandic Provisions, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Accounts Receivable Accounting Manager in New York to lead the AR process end-to-end, including billing, cash application, aging and collections. The role oversees deductions, works with a third-party firm, and owns NetSuite/HighRadius modules.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting with AR expertise, CPG experience, and strong communication skills. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with NYC office proximity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with growth in responsibility.
• Deep expertise in Accounts Receivable processes.
• CPG experience with retailers and distributors, understanding trade spend and deductions.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end AR process including billing, cash application, aging and collections.
• Resolve short payments and overpayments; manage cash application exceptions; reconcile discrepancies with customers.
• Manage third-party deduction management firm and AR system ownership (HighRadius, NetSuite).
• Own weekly borrowing base for asset-based line of credit; liaise for annual field exam.
• Coordinate new customer setup with Sales/Operations; support month-end close.
