Job summary

Icelandic Provisions, a fast-growing North American foods business, seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable leader in New York. You will own end-to-end AR processes, including billing, cash application, aging, deductions, and disputes, while coordinating with a third-party deduction firm.

You will manage HighRadius and NetSuite AR modules, handle EDI invoicing/remittance, support the borrowing base and audits, and drive process improvements in a hybrid remote-friendly environment with a small,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Deep expertise in Accounts Receivable processes and practices.
• CPG experience with retailers, distributors, and trade spend knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AR process including billing, cash application, aging and collections.
• Resolve short/overpayments and manage deductions with customers.
• Own HighRadius and NetSuite AR modules, including EDI invoicing/remittance data.
• Oversee weekly borrowing base and annual field exam coordination.
• Set up new customers cross-functionally with Sales and Ops; support month-end close.
• Partner with auditors during year-end audit and drive process improvements.
