Job summary

V2X in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Travel Expense Manager to oversee AP operations, vendor data, and tax processing across locations. You will drive process improvements and partner with IT to optimize Procure‑to‑Pay workflows.

The role requires 10+ years in AP/Travel, strong ERP/SQL skills, and experience with RPA tools to automate finance processes in a regulated environment. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AP, Travel & Expense, or P-Card management.
• Experience managing AP operations and shared services environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (1099, VAT, sales/use tax).
• ERP/travel systems experience (SAP S4, Oracle, Concur).
• Knowledge of automation for AP/Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounts payable and travel expense functions.
• Manage vendor setup, master data, disputes, payments, and security.
• Ensure compliance with policies and timely processing.
• Oversee 1099, VAT, and sales/use tax processing.
• Coordinate with IT/Business teams for system requirements.
• Develop solutions to complex problems aligning with company goals.
• Support AP supervisor and close processes; report key metrics.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay improvements and cross-functional interfaces.
