Job summary

Truity Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable leader focused on automation, process improvement and building high-performing teams. You will own a critical AP function, develop a dedicated team, and modernize processes across multiple locations.

The role offers exposure to M&A activity and integration of newly acquired businesses into established financial operations.

Qualifications

• Direct accounts payable leadership experience in a mid-sized to large organization.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, vendor master data, invoice processing and T&E operations.
• Experience leading change and implementing solutions that improve team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end accounts payable operations across Vendor Master Data, Purchase Requisitions and Orders, Invoice Processing, Disbursements and Vendor Services.
• Fostering employee engagement, collaboration and accountability across a multi-location team.
• Implementing process and operational changes that improve productivity, efficiency and service levels.
• Overseeing corporate card and travel and expense programs.
• Partnering closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, IT, Accounting and other operational teams.
• Driving automation and process improvements that enhance working capital, operational efficiency and the stakeholder experience.
• Supporting the integration of newly acquired companies into established processes and systems.
