Job summary

V2X is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense leader to manage corporate AP operations and the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay workflow across locations. You will oversee vendor setup, payments, and compliance while partnering with IT and Finance to optimize processes and implement automation.

The role requires 10+ years in AP/Travel, strong Excel/SQL skills, and familiarity with ERP and travel systems. Occasional travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, or P-Card management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SQL or similar tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with RPA/automation technologies for AP or Finance process automation.
• Experience with workflow automation for vendor setup, invoice routing, or travel expense processes.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (1099, VAT, sales/use tax).

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts payable and travel expense departments.
• Oversee vendor setup, master maintenance, dispute resolution, and payments.
• Analyze processes to develop AP and Travel information systems.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay initiatives and interface with Supply Chain and Finance Ops.
• Support AP Supervisor and assist with audits and reporting.
