Job summary

V2X is seeking a senior Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense leader to manage corporate AP and travel expense operations across locations in the United States. You will oversee vendor setup, master maintenance, dispute resolution, payments, and system controls while ensuring data integrity and compliance with policies.

You will analyze processes, drive RPAs and automation for AP workflows, collaborate with Supply Chain, Subcontracts and Finance, and provide regular reporting to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in AP, Travel & Expense, or P-Card management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SQL or similar tools for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with RPA/automation technologies for AP/Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate accounts payable and travel expense functions.
• Manage vendor setup, master maintenance, disputes, payments, and data integrity.
• Oversee 1099, VAT, and sales/use tax processing.
• Oversee travel and P-Card program; support AP Supervisor.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams on system requirements and controls.
• Lead automation and process-improvement initiatives for Procure-to-Pay.
• Provide periodic management reporting of key data.
• Assist with audits and compliance.
