Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking an experienced Manager, Accounts Payable to lead our shared services AP team. You will partner with the Senior Director, Accounting Operations and help define, deliver, and improve AP processes across the company.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in high-volume AP, ERP projects (SAP, EPICOR), and SOX-compliant controls. You will coach the team, ensure timely payments, and drive efficiencies while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor/AS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
• 3+ years of experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
• 1-3 years of direct people leadership experience in AP.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing management reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AP operations and aging reports.
• Triages vendor payments, contracts, and issues to resolution.
• Provide AP guidance to team to exceed expectations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in a high-volume setting.
• Hire, train, and develop AP team members and manage performance.
