Job summary

LRS is seeking a seasoned Shared Services Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the AP function. You will guide a team, establish robust policies, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements, collaborating with finance, treasury, and external auditors, and implementing automation to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field required.
• 8+ years progressive experience in accounts payable management.
• Strong knowledge of AP principles, workflows, and vendor management.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced shared services or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounts payable team within the shared services department.
• Develop and implement AP policies, procedures, and controls for invoices and payments.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, invoice approvals, and payment discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs like processing time, accuracy, aging, and cash flow projection.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, finance, treasury, and auditors.
• Lead AP automation tool implementations to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training for the AP team.
