Job summary

Champions Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee our AP function, lead a growing team, and strengthen controls across multiple entities. You will ensure timely vendor payments and drive process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance (or Certified AP Specialist) and 3+ years of AP experience with supervisory responsibilities. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like Sage Intacct and Concur is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years AP experience with leadership or supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables/formulas) and ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable team and coaching.
• Oversee invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor accounts.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and banking details.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies.
• Oversee employee expense reimbursements.
• Support month-end close, cash forecasting, reconciliations, audits, and 1099 reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and automate AP processes.
• Partner with Accounting and other departments to ensure timely financial ops.
