Job summary

GSM Outdoors seeks a Senior Manager, Shared Services to lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within its finance organization. You will set strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner with Finance leadership to drive accurate processing and strong controls.

This role emphasizes process improvement, KPI delivery, cash flow management, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Sales, and Operations to scale shared services for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in AP/AR/shared services or related function.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP/AR processes.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP & AR teams, including staffing, coaching, development, performance management, and workload planning.
• Oversee end-to-end AP and AR processes with established controls.
• Monitor aging, collections, and cash application activities.
• Establish KPIs for AP/AR and report performance to leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
