Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP function within our enterprise. You will develop, implement, and document processes while ensuring accurate disbursements in accordance with policy and internal controls.

In this role you will collaborate on ERP design and procure-to-pay processes, review invoices for compliance, and drive improvements across a large shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable supervisory role in a shared services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience with a large ERP system.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end procure-to-pay and AP processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and document accounts payable processes and procedures; identify improvements.
• Ensure accurate disbursements according to policy.
• Assist in design and development of AP and Procurement within the ERP.
• Review invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
