• In-depth knowledge of automated disbursement systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform the Accounts Payable month-end close process for multiple entities.
• Monitor and review weekly AP reports to ensure timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for all audit requests.
• Drive continuous process improvements and change management initiatives.
• Manage invoice workflow through the EDI system and oversee tax compliance processes.
• Build relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Supervise the AP team and resolve complex payment issues.
