Job summary

StevenDouglas seeks an Accounts Payable leader to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and payment disbursements. The role includes AP-to-GL reconciliation, vendor relationship management, and audit support, across multiple entities.

You will oversee three-way match, approval routing, and payments via ACH, checks, and cards, partnering with treasury and procurement to optimize cash positioning. You will lead and develop a team of AP professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounts payable teams or supervisor roles
• Strong understanding of AP processes and controls
• Familiarity with ERP systems and spend management platforms
• Ability to manage vendor master data and resolve disputes
• Proactive in audit support and reconciliations
• Excellent collaboration with treasury and procurement teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing and GL coding across multiple entities in ERP
• Manage three-way match and approval routing with procurement to resolve PO/receiving variances
• Direct multi-method payments (ACH, check, card) with treasury to optimize timing
• Maintain vendor master data and serve as escalation point for vendor inquiries
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL on a regular basis for accuracy
• Coordinate responses to internal/external audit requests related to AP
• Lead and develop Accounts Payable professionals to drive continuous improvement
