Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accurate processing and strong financial controls. You’ll mentor staff, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 5+ years in AP with at least 2 years of leadership, deep knowledge of AP controls, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience managing accounts payable operations in a multi-entity and/or multi-currency environment.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable controls, vendor management practices, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, detailed datasets in support of reconciliations and audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounts payable team, setting service standards and managing to them.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end accounts payable cycle across multiple entities and currencies, including invoice intake, coding, approval routing, payment runs, and vendor query resolution.
• Resolve complex invoice, purchase order, and receipt discrepancies, and act as the escalation point for vendor issues.
• Oversee the accounts payable inbox, ensuring timely response to inquiries.
• Administer corporate card and employee expense policy, enforcement and review.
• Deliver accounts payable close activities, including accruals and aging analyses, and support reconciliations.
• Partner with external auditors on AP testing and provide narrative support.
