In-N-Out Burgers in Irvine, CA seeks a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst III to ensure the accuracy of invoices, expense reports, PO verifications, and timely payments. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will maintain strong vendor relationships and support month-end close.

Candidates should have 2-5+ years in high-volume AP, knowledge of general accounting, and experience with Oracle Fusion and Concur; APS certification is highly preferred and may be required within a year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience (2-5+ years).
• Solid understanding of general accounting practices.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Concur preferred.
• APS certification preferred or obtained within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and employee expense reports; verify against purchase orders and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments (check, ACH, wire) in a timely manner.
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with AP reporting and month-end close.
