Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Irvine, CA headquarters. The role covers full-cycle AP, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close to support the accounting team.

You will review invoices, code and secure approvals, enter payments, and maintain vendor data while coordinating with auditors and other departments. On-site presence required four days per week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard accounts payable policies, procedures, internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Ability to analyze and solve problems and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable including invoicing, coding, approvals, entry and payment
• Reconcile PO receipts to vendor invoices and maintain vendor data
• Assist month-end close and prepare journal entries
• Maintain electronic expense files and vendor records
• Interact with auditors and support audit projects
• Prepare weekly cash requirements and payments
• Ensure proper approvals per delegation of authority
• Assist in year-end 1099 reporting and vendor maintenance
