Job summary

Revelyst Outdoor in Irvine, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP, journal entries, and month-end close in support of the accounting team. The role requires strong Excel skills and ERP experience, with on-site work four days per week.

You will process invoices, reconcile POs, maintain vendor records, coordinate documents, and assist auditors in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard accounts payable policies, procedures, internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with multiple companies.

Responsibilities

• Complete full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, entry and payment.
• Reconcile PO receipts to vendor invoices.
• Maintain vendor information and year-end 1099 issuance/reporting.
• Coordinate and maintain electronic vendor/employee expense files.
• Interact with internal/external auditors and support audits.
• Complete general ledger reconciliations and sub-ledger maintenance.
• Prepare weekly cash requirements, check runs, wires and ACH payments.
• Participate in Month End Close.
