Job summary

Compass Water Solutions, part of CECO Environmental, seeks an EPC Accounts Manager to lead North American market entry for Industrial Water and Wastewater treatment solutions. You will validate business strategy, identify and win opportunities, and support project execution.

In this role, you will work with our global team, develop value propositions for US customers, and drive growth while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical/Chemical or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience selling Industrial Water and Wastewater Treatment Packages.
• Experience with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power plants, and Chemical facilities.
• Hands-on experience managing or supporting EPC projects.
• Proven track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets.
• Strong motivation, goal orientation, diligence, and attention to detail.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Guides North American growth strategy for Industrial Water and Wastewater solutions with focus on US customers.
• Directs customer sales aligning with business strategy and creates value propositions.
• Evaluates and qualifies local agents/distributors for broader market coverage.
• Leads sales process including prospecting, qualifying, and positioning solutions.
• Ensures growth objectives for pipeline, bookings, and gross margin.
• Collaborates with technical and project teams across global platforms.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
