Job summary
Water Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow our industrial and commercial water treatment portfolio in the San Diego area.
You will manage existing programs, perform routine service visits, and drive new business opportunities across cooling, boiler, and related water treatment applications. You will provide technical support, prepare proposals and reports, and collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure profitability and exceptional customer
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or commercial water treatment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with pumps, controllers, feed systems.
- Proven sales, account management, or field service experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a portfolio of customer accounts across industrial and commercial facilities.
- Conduct routine service visits including testing, inspections, and reporting.
- Develop treatment strategies and implement chemical feed/control programs.
- Identify and close new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support for water treatment and related issues.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and KPI reports for customers.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure profitability.
