Job summary

Cognizant seeks an Accounts Executive/Sales – Retail & CPG to drive growth across Retail/CPG, selling digital transformation and outsourcing services. You will own end-to-end pursuits, influence C-level decisions, and expand across multiple Cognizant services.

You will build territory plans, expand accounts, and secure bookings while collaborating with delivery and marketing teams to create differentiated value propositions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in global sales that include selling consulting, digital transformation, or outsourcing.
• Proven track record hitting $4M+ annual quotas and closing multi-service deals $5M+.
• Strong hunter mindset with success acquiring new logos in Retail/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales pursuits from opportunity to closure and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Position Cognizant’s portfolio across applications, engineering, infrastructure, and IT outsourcing.
• Develop territory plans, identify cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
