KREWE, a high-fashion eyewear brand, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager at our New Orleans HQ to lead AR, AP, and staff accounting, ensure accurate monthly close, and bridge subledgers with the general ledger.

You will own close deliverables, build KPI cadence, supervise 2+ staff, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and partner with the Controller to scale finance as we grow our retail and e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting experience including cost accounting.
• At least 3 years personally preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Minimum of 2 years directly supervising accounting staff.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage AR, AP, and Staff Accountant; own performance outcomes.
• Establish daily, weekly, monthly deliverables and cadence.
• Unblock issues quickly; enforce escalation discipline.
• Own month-end close for non-inventory accounts; prepare entries and analyses.
• Prepare/review reconciliations for non-inventory balance sheet accounts.
• Partner with Controller to improve processes for efficiency and audit-readiness.
