Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting in CPG/retail.
• Full accrual close under US GAAP with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with inventory accounting, landed cost, and COGS.
• Training staff and providing workflow direction.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and general ledger tasks.
• Manage AP, AR, cash workflows and reconciliations.
• Oversee compliance, tax filings, and audit prep.
• Prepare department budgets and variance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explain variances.
• Oversee multi-currency transactions and treasury tasks.
