You will mentor the accounting team, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with property leadership and corporate finance to align practices with policy. A CPA is preferred, five+ years in accounting management, and proficiency in ERP systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Five years or more of related accounting experience.
• CPA designation preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly close process and ensure timeliness.
• Manage account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Collaborate with property leadership and corporate finance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support process improvements for reporting efficiency.
