Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in accounting management, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
