Antelope is seeking a hands-on Accounting Senior Manager to lead the general ledger and accounts payable teams. You will own month-end close, financial reporting, and cash management for a growing, inventory-heavy CPG business, while partnering with the Controller on audits, policies, and internal controls.

You will also champion system improvements, automate close tasks with AI where appropriate, and develop a high-performing team across GL and AP to ensure timely, audit-ready financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA highly desirable; public accounting or audit experience a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years leading GL and AP teams.
• Experience closing monthly books within 10 days for an inventory-heavy, omnichannel CPG business.
• Experience supporting a $100-200M organization.
• Strong GAAP knowledge with ability to document accounting guidance.
• Experience supporting a full year-end financial statement audit.
• Acquisition accounting or cash-to-GAAP conversion experience a big plus.
• Track record of implementing internal controls and scaling transaction processing.
• Excellent Excel skills and clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead the month-end close process and deliver financial statements within 10 days of month-end.
• Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable activity and cash management.
• Manage payroll allocations and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain NetSuite as the single source of truth for reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation for close and reconciliations.
• Lead audit readiness and interface with auditors on testing.
