Minimum Experience
- At least 4+ years of high-level experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or financial management, preferably within the regulated and fast-evolving cannabis industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions, vendor negotiations, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific financial regulations.
- Experience in high-stakes financial operations in high-growth or rapidly shifting markets is highly preferred.
- CPA certification is a plus.
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of accounts receivable and payable processes, including high-volume invoicing, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Expertise in cannabis industry financial regulations, tax structures, and compliance mandates.
- Proficiency in advanced accounting software, Excel (including complex data analysis), and vendor management tools.
