About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our team! This role will be critical in ensuring our financial operations are fully compliant with GAAP and aligned with the Executive Team’s strategy. You will manage team budgets, track expenses, and provide financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and optimize spending and forecasting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the company and impact our growth.

You Will

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Provide ongoing financial analysis to inform business decisions, identify trends, opportunities, investor needs, and potential cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track KPIs and spending patterns.
• Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular reports on financial performance and make recommendations based on data analysis.
• Manage Anrok (our tax platform) and all tax-related responsibilities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Expense Management & Budgeting

• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads to allocate and monitor funds, providing recommendations for cost efficiency.
• Oversee expenses via QuickBooks, Ramp, and ensure compliance across departments.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting and GAAP Compliance

• Prepare accounting reports for executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards in all financial operations.
• Review internal processes for compliance risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for audits and reporting.
• Maintain documentation for governance, tax, banking, and regulatory compliance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with HR, Operations, Sales, and Marketing for resource allocation and spending control.
• Assist departments with financial planning and cost management.
• Serve as a financial contact for non-financial teams, providing insights and solutions.

You Have

• SaaS experience preferred.
• 4+ years in finance, accounting, or operations, with GAAP focus.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, ChargeBee, HubSpot, Stripe; familiarity with Anrok and Ramp is a plus.
• Experience in financial modeling and report development.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data.
