About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our team! This role will be critical in ensuring our financial operations are fully compliant with GAAP and strategy aligns with the Executive Team’s vision. You will manage team budgets, track expenses, and provide financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making, optimize spending, and forecasting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of the company.

You Will

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Provide ongoing financial analysis to inform business decisions, identifying trends, opportunities, investor needs, and potential cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track KPIs and spending patterns.
• Assist with financial modeling to support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Prepare regular reports on financial performance and recommend actions based on data analysis.
• Manage tax platform (Anrok) and ensure compliance and accuracy in all tax-related responsibilities.

Expense Management & Budgeting

• Manage departmental budgets, ensuring spending aligns with organizational goals and forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads on fund allocation and cost optimization.
• Oversee expenses via QuickBooks, Ramp, and ensure compliance across departments.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting and GAAP Compliance

• Prepare accounting reports for executive leadership.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards in all financial operations.
• Review internal processes for compliance risks and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for audits and reporting.
• Maintain documentation for compliance with governance, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with HR, Operations, Sales, and Marketing for resource allocation and spending control.
• Assist leaders with financial planning and cost management guidance.
• Serve as a point of contact for financial queries, providing solutions and insights to non-financial teams.

You Have

• SaaS experience is preferred.
• 4+ years in finance, accounting, or operations, with a focus on GAAP and expense management.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficient with financial software (QuickBooks, ChargeBee, HubSpot, Stripe, etc.).
• Familiarity with Anrok and Ramp is a plus.
• Experience with financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities.
