Job summary

Ximplifi/KeepingCount Group of Companies is seeking a Senior Accountant for a fully remote, Philippines-based role. The position focuses on accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting across real estate, e-commerce, life sciences, services, and property management.

The role requires 3–5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and CPA is preferred. You’ll collaborate across clients in a fully virtual environment with modern tools and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years hands-on accounting & bookkeeping experience.
• Experience managing or reviewing work of others.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as main contact.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and owner reports.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Handle general bookkeeping, reconciliations and accruals.
• Support tax/compliance tasks as needed.
• Provide coaching to junior staff; ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
