Intogreat Solutions is seeking an Intermediate Accountant with Australian accounting experience to support financial stewardship across the group. You will report to the Finance Manager and help drive accurate reporting and strong controls in a remote setup.

The role includes month-end and year-end reporting, intercompany reconciliation support, audits, and ongoing process improvements across all business units.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years AU Accounting experience.
• Permanent Work from Home setup.

Responsabilités

• Support the Finance Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Finance function across all business entities within the Group.
• Support the development and implementation of robust financial processes, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in accordance with applicable Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting obligations by preparing required documentation and information.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and assist with maintaining data integrity across financial systems.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities as required.
• Identification and support of process improvements and technology solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members across the business to provide financial support and ensure the timely completion of finance-related tasks.
• Maintain a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development while supporting a culture of accountability and teamwork within the finance function

Job Description

The Intermediate Accountant supports end-to-end financial stewardship across the Group, reporting to the Finance Manager. This includes financial operations, assistance with intercompany reconciliation, compliance reporting, and process refinement.

In partnership with the Finance Manager, this role will help ensure financial practices support high performance, commercial insight, and aligned decision-making across all business units.

This role is on a Permanent Work from Home setup.
