Job summary

Datavant is seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team in a remote-capable role. You will handle daily accounting, payments processing and billing while supporting month-end close and financial analysis in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You’ll work cross-functionally with the Controller and global teams, using NetSuite and QuickBooks, and adapt to new AI tools to improve workflow efficiency. Hebrew skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks is preferred.
• Tech-savvy & adaptability: comfortable with diverse platforms and AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Ownership mindset: initiative, problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Attention to detail: high accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Language: Hebrew knowledge a plus (not required) for collaboration with Israeli teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting & Bank Reconciliations: perform daily accounting entries and verify balances.
• Payments & Cash Flow: manage vendor payments and payment schedules.
• Billing: handle customer invoicing, monitor receivables and collections.
• Other Accounting and Reporting Tasks: assist with month-end close and ad-hoc reporting.
• Contract & Data Management: enter and maintain contracts, billing terms, and financial data.
• Multi-Platform Management: navigate modern software platforms to streamline workflows.
