Job summary

Datavant is seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to handle hands-on accounting, payments processing, and billing for a dedicated business site within our global finance operations. You’ll manage day-to-day accounting in a fast-paced, high-growth health tech environment and drive efficiency across modern digital tools.

The role requires at least three years of accounting/finance experience, proficiency with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks, and comfort working remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks.
• Tech-savvy with ability to adopt AI tools and new technologies to optimize workflows.
• Ownership mindset with initiative and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication; Hebrew is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries, balance account verifications, and bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Execute outgoing vendor/supplier payments, manage payment schedules, and handle expense workflow verifications.
• Manage customer invoicing, monitor receivables, track outstanding balances, and work with our financial operations team on collections.
• Collaborate on month-end closing tasks, ad-hoc financial reporting, and analytical assignments.
• Accurate entry and maintenance of customer contracts, billing terms, and financial data in internal systems.
• Navigate modern software platforms daily to streamline workflows and maintain precise records.
