Job summary

Datavant is seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role you will wear multiple hats—hands-on accounting, payments processing, and billing—supporting a dedicated business site within our global organization.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, drive process efficiency with modern digital tools, and collaborate with the Controller on month-end closes and reporting. Remote-friendly role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks.
• Comfortable adopting AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Independent remote work capability.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Hebrew language is a plus for collaboration with Israeli teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting and bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Process payments and manage cash flow and payment schedules.
• Manage customer invoicing, receivables, and collections coordination.
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Enter and maintain customer contracts, billing terms, and financial data in internal systems.
• Navigate multiple software platforms to streamline workflows.
