You will manage day-to-day accounting and drive process efficiency using modern digital tools in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least three years in accounting/finance, familiarity with NetSuite or QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks preferred.
• Comfort working across multiple platforms and adopting AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Independent work in a remote setup with attention to detail and strong problem-solving.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting and bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Process vendor payments and manage cash flow.
• Handle customer invoicing, receivables, and collections.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain contracts and billing data in internal systems.
• Use modern software platforms to streamline workflows.
