Job summary

Datavant is seeking a proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will handle hands-on accounting, payments processing, and billing for a dedicated business site within our corporate group, driving efficiency with modern digital tools in a fast-paced environment.

With at least three years of accounting experience, you will perform daily reconciliations, manage vendor payments, invoicing and collections, and assist with month-end close and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and/or QuickBooks is preferred.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptability: comfortable working across diverse platforms and adopting AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Ownership Mindset with initiative and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hebrew language skills are a plus for collaboration with Israeli teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting & bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Process vendor payments, manage payment schedules and expenses workflow.
• Manage customer invoicing, receivables, and collections coordination.
• Support month-end close tasks, ad-hoc financial reporting, and analyses.
• Enter and maintain customer contracts and billing terms in internal systems.
• Navigate multiple platforms daily to streamline workflows and record-keeping.
