Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking a Senior Accountant to serve as a senior accounting lead and trusted partner to the US Controller, driving close processes, balance sheet integrity, and reliable financial reporting. This hands-on role resolves complex issues, reviews others’ work, and coordinates across functions.

You will own monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, inventory accounting, SOX controls, and reporting packages, leveraging Oracle Fusion and strong process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with close ownership and review responsibilities.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-intensive accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP experience; Oracle Fusion strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close workstreams with deadlines.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, accruals, estimates, and reconciliations.
• Review general ledger activity for completeness, accuracy, and cutoff.
• Research nonroutine accounting matters and document GAAP conclusions.
• Coordinate financial reporting packages and budgeting support.
• Support SOX and internal controls and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance to improve processes.
