FFF Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant, Inventory to manage and improve inventory accounting within the Controllership team.

You will oversee the monthly close, prepare journal entries, and reconcile inventory balances while ensuring audit-ready documentation and strong internal controls. You will partner with Finance, Product Management, and Operations to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and month-end close.
• Minimum seven years of progressive accounting experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage inventory accounting activities through monthly close and post journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations for inventory balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory balances and support gross margin analysis and reserves.
• Monitor inventory in transit, floor stock, and return-to-vendor processes.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and internal controls for inventory accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and processes.
