TrueNorth Companies in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to support the Small Commercial Group. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and assisting with policy renewals and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have industry knowledge and solid customer service experience, with a commitment to collaboration and professional growth within a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Insurance industry experience is beneficial to perform account-specific tasks.
• 1 year of customer service experience recommended; strong communication skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and address client inquiries; deliver exceptional customer service and quote coverages.
• Maintain high standards of service with timely, accurate responses.
• Generate and distribute proof of insurance documents for clients and stakeholders.
• Follow up on incomplete applications and change forms.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Meet deadlines for new and renewal business as set by leadership.
• Assist with renewal spreadsheets and policy delivery as needed.
• Assist with invoicing and address account discrepancies.
