TrueNorth Companies seeks an Account Specialist II to join the Risk Management team in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing client relationships, and supporting renewal activities within a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing policy documents, and collaborating on complex accounts while pursuing ongoing industry knowledge and designations. A hybrid work schedule is offered.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• One year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• One year of experience with agency management system or CRM (EPIC) preferred.
• Ability to obtain appropriate licenses within 30 days.

Mansioni

• Receive incoming calls from clients and prospects; provide outstanding customer service and quote coverages.
• Maintain quality customer service daily with timely, accurate service.
• Create and send proof of insurance for clients, lienholders, and others.
• Follow up with clients on incomplete applications and change forms.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Meet deadlines for renewals or projects with leadership.
• Organize time in advance to complete work with content and organization.
• Assist in complex client needs or issues and department projects.
