Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two or four-year degree preferred.
• P&C license required.
• Experience working in personal lines insurance required.
• One year of experience with agency management system or CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lines book of business and meet service standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering questions and recommending policy adjustments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiate coverage options and manage renewals.
• Coordinate internal resources to support clients.
