TrueNorth Companies LLC in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Account Specialist II to join the Risk Management team. You will work with an account team, provide high-quality service, and deepen technical knowledge in the insurance field.

Responsibilities include handling client calls, producing proofs of insurance, following up on incomplete applications, and building lasting client relationships while meeting deadlines. A hybrid work schedule is offered along with strong benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and basic CRM/EPIC skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Receive calls from clients and prospects; provide outstanding service and quote coverages.
• Maintain daily quality service with timely, accurate responses.
• Create and send proof of insurance for clients and lienholders.
• Follow up on incomplete applications and forms.
• Attend continuing education and pursue designations to grow knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; meet deadlines with Leaders.
