TrueNorth Companies is seeking an Account Specialist II to join our Risk Management team in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will work with an account team to deliver high-quality service, deepen technical knowledge, and manage client relationships in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes handling renewals, invoicing accuracy, and collaboration with the Account Manager to service complex accounts. A high school diploma is required, with degree preferred and insurance experience advantageous.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; degree preferred
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with agency management system or CRM, preferably EPIC
• Ability to obtain appropriate licenses within 30 days of employment

Mansioni

• Answer client calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare and send proof of insurance for clients and lienholders
• Follow up on incomplete applications and forms
• Maintain accurate renewal spreadsheets and schedules
• Support quoting for new business as needed
• Organize work to meet deadlines and stay on budget
• Handle invoicing and resolve account discrepancies with Finance
