You will manage staff, oversee pricing initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet sales and service goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, operations, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive sales experience with two years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training and development.
• Generate new business and grow revenue for laboratory/services offerings.
• Oversee account management programs and ensure alignment with policies.
• Provide input on strategies for account management programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in account management.
