Responsibilities

• Own bookings and pipeline growth for strategic accounts, hitting quota.
• Lead end-to-end customer relationship across multiple teams.
• Build credibility with senior stakeholders to shape transformation strategy.
• Identify and close PS opportunities including implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuits to run unified account campaigns.
• Spot risk and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Represent voice of the customer and advocate for resources.
• Maintain understanding of manufacturing trends and Salesforce capabilities.
