Responsibilities

• Merchant Onboarding: Onboard new locations and monitor existing locations for active trips.
• Operations Management: monitor brand metrics to maintain merchant health.
• Campaign Execution: assist with marketing campaigns, uploading reports and sharing updates.
• Critical Reporting & Analysis: pull metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Problem Solving: address client issues promptly and professionally.
• Administrative Support: prepare reports and take meeting notes to align next steps.
