• Experience in consulting, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Basic proficiency in SQL with the ability to adjust queries.

Responsibilities

• Own and run recurring client meetings and business reviews with AMs; travel as needed.
• Monitor and analyze operational health metrics; identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Drive product adoption and propose upsell/cross-sell opportunities with data support.
• Ensure customer retention and expansion through regular health assessments.
• Collaborate with sales to expand accounts and advocate customer needs cross-functionally.
